SONERA® Hearing (“SONERA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a brand operated by FORTUNEX LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business under the trade name “SONERA Hearing.” The Services are powered by Shopify.

By accessing or using any part of the Services, including browsing the website or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws, infringes the rights of others, interferes with the operation of the Services, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, cancel orders, or restrict access to the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Products and Services

SONERA® Hearing offers consumer products, including the ORELO™ product line, for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit quantities, or restrict the availability of any product or Service at any time without notice.

All product descriptions, pricing, availability, and promotions are subject to change at any time.

No Medical Advice / No Medical Device Disclaimer

SONERA® Hearing products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, condition, or hearing impairment.

Nothing on the Services, including product descriptions, marketing materials, or communications, constitutes medical advice. You should consult a licensed healthcare professional or audiologist before using any hearing-related product.

Use of SONERA® or ORELO™ products is at your own risk.

Account Information

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as necessary. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access to your account.

Pricing, Payments, and Billing

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice.

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not store payment card information.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

All risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon handoff to the shipping carrier. SONERA Hearing is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered packages once shipment has occurred.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Return, refund, and exchange policies are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, if available. We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds where permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including text, images, logos, designs, trademarks, product names (including SONERA® and ORELO™), graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to FORTUNEX LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

The Services may include or rely on third-party services, platforms, or links. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, security, or practices of third parties.

FORTUNEX LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FORTUNEX LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, revenue, goodwill, personal injury, or property damage, arising from or related to:

  • Use or inability to use the Services or products

  • Product performance or failure

  • Shipping delays, loss, or damage

  • Unauthorized access to data

  • Third-party actions or services

If liability is found despite the foregoing, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FORTUNEX LLC, its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, United States.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting with a revised “Last Updated” date.
